HOTSPOT

First Time?

Never done this? Perfect.

Most of the room will be first-timers too. HOTSPOT is designed for people who have never set foot in a proper sauna, not for people chasing a personal best.

What to expect

  • A host greets you and explains how the session runs before anything starts.
  • You'll move through the sauna as a group, guided by that host — nobody's left to figure it out alone.
  • The cold plunge is offered, never forced. Plenty of people ease into it over a few sessions.
  • Phones stay in lockers during the session, so you can actually be there.

What to bring

  • Swimwear
  • Flip-flops or sandals
  • A water bottle, if you like
  • An open mind about talking to strangers

Towels, hair dryers and electrolyte water are provided on site. Exact footwear guidance and any house rules on towels will be confirmed closer to opening.

Health & safety, honestly

Moving between heat and cold is intense on your body, in a good way for most people — but not for everyone. If you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have any medical concern that gives you pause, talk to a doctor before you book.

We're not medical professionals and this page isn't medical advice — just a clear heads-up so you can make an informed call. If anything ever feels wrong during a session, step out. Our team is there to help, not to keep you in the room.

Specific policies on age, cancellations, towels and footwear will be announced closer to opening.
