HOTSPOT isn’t a spa day and it isn’t leg day. It’s a guided group sauna and cold plunge session built around people, not treatments — no robes, no silence requirement, no personal trainer. You show up, you sweat next to strangers, you get cold on purpose, and you end up talking to people you didn’t come with. That’s the whole product.

Wait. What's Aufguss?
It's a German word for a sauna ritual, and it's the heart of a HOTSPOT session. A sauna master pours water — often infused with essential oils — over hot stones, then waves a towel to push waves of heat around the room in bursts.
Add music, a bit of showmanship, and a room full of people breathing through the heat together, and you get something that feels more like a shared ritual than a wellness treatment. If you've never heard of it, you're not behind — most people here will be trying it for the first time too.
Your Phone Will Be Fine.
It'll be in a locker, not in your hand. No one is filming their glow-up in the plunge pool. We built HOTSPOT to be a break from the feed, not content for it — which, it turns out, makes it a lot easier to actually talk to the person next to you.
Feel Better. Together.
Come for the heat. Stay for the people.
Heat and cold are more fun with witnesses. A guided session means you go through the same rounds, at the same time, as roughly twenty-five other people — which turns strangers into fellow sufferers, and fellow sufferers into conversation. Come alone. Leave with plans.
More Than Sessions.
Over time, HOTSPOT won't be one fixed session. Think high-energy group rounds with music turned up, and quieter, slower resets for when you just want the heat without the hype. Exactly what that looks like is still taking shape — the founding community will help decide.

Four Reasons We Built It
Brussels needed a third space
Not home, not work — somewhere in between that isn’t trying to sell you a gym membership or a wellness retreat.
Wellness got lonely
Somewhere along the way, taking care of yourself became a solo, silent, screen-lit activity. We think that’s backwards.
Heat and cold are better as a group sport
A sauna full of strangers who become friendly acquaintances by round two. That’s the whole idea.
