A guided sauna ritual: a sauna master pours scented water over hot stones, then waves a towel to push waves of heat around the room, often timed to music. It's the centrepiece of a HOTSPOT session.

Swimwear, plus flip-flops or sandals. Towels are provided.

Both. Sessions are built to be social — guided as a group, roughly 25 people at a time — but plenty of people will come solo and leave having talked to someone new. Nobody's required to make conversation.

Phones go in a locker before the session starts. It's part of the point.

Yes — it's built for people who have never done a guided sauna or cold plunge before, not just people who already have a routine.

Moving between heat and cold is intense on the body. If you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have any medical concern, talk to a doctor before booking. This isn't medical advice — just a heads-up so you can decide with full information.

We expect to offer both a drop-in option and a membership once we open. Pricing for either hasn't been set yet and will be announced closer to opening.
